MileIn was founded on a simple observation, venue managers do not have the time to operate busy spectator venues and develop robust capital plans that keep their facilities current. Operators know what their buildings need but they lack the time and tools to develop persuasive arguments . Design and construction professionals know how to deliver projects, but they need assisstance understanding the operational impact of their decisions on venues.

Founder Julie Bunker, CVE, has spent 30+ years working in, and managing venues. She's managed capital programs across performing arts centers, casino/hotel properties, and higher education campuses, from $10K maintenance projects to multimillion dollar turnkey projects.
